With his strong background in the hospitality industry, he heads up as CFO the finance department, one of Arbio's central pillars. When he's not buried in figures and spreadsheets, he can be found doing CrossFit or spending time with his family.
As Chief of Staff, Sebastian bridges strategy and execution across the company, leading key strategic initiatives. With his entrepreneurial background, he combines hands-on execution strategic thinking. Outside of Arbio, he balances between HIIT, running, yoga, and sometime dance floors.
Arnon has been building things for as long as he can remember. He gained his experience in operationally complex business models primarily as Head of Growth & Product at Arive. When he’s not working in Figma or n8n, he’s usually reading countless Substack articles about AI, technology, and personal development.
As a member of the founding team, Marco has had the pleasure of leading Arbio's M&A team for three years. His passion lies in identifying and executing transactions that benefit all parties and thus contribute to the company's steady growth. In his free time, he can often be found cooking and listening to music with his girlfriend.
Elodie is a true hospitality veteran turned tech enthusiast. After spending many years working in some of the world’s finest hotels, she transitioned into Berlin’s vibrant startup ecosystem. Today, she’s the perfect person to keep Arbio’s daily operations running seamlessly as Head of Operation.

Christophe F. Maire is a founding partner of Atlantic Labs and FoodLabs, based in Berlin. With Atlantic Labs, he supports pioneering companies such as Soundcloud, GetYourGuide, Clue, Vimcar, Zenjob, Choco and Wandelbots. In 2015, he founded FoodLabs to invest in start-ups in the field of nutrition and sustainability, including Infinite Roots, Formo and Klim. He began his entrepreneurial career in the early 2000s by founding Gate5 and Plazes.com, both of which were acquired by Nokia and led to the development of the mapping platform here.com, which is now owned by BMW, Audi, Bosch and Intel.
Dr Marc-Olivier Lücke is Managing Partner at Atlantic Labs, a European first-round investor headquartered in Berlin, which has made over 150 investments in European start-ups since 2013 and supported pioneering companies such as Soundcloud, GetYourGuide, Clue, Vimcar, Zenjob, Choco and Wandelbots. Previously, he worked in capital markets for Barclays Capital in London and for the Boston Consulting Group in its corporate finance task force. He graduated from WHU Business School and holds a PhD in quantitative finance.

Johannes Reck is co-founder and CEO of GetYourGuide, the world's leading platform for tours, excursions, activities and other travel experiences. Before founding GetYourGuide in 2008, he studied at ETH Zurich and gained experience as a management consultant at BCG. He developed GetYourGuide into a global brand with locations in over 170 countries and numerous awards. In addition, Reck is one of Germany's most successful business angels with seed investments in Trade Republic, Travelperk, Tacto.ai, Langdock and Tourlane.
Justin Reizes is a global investor with over 25 years of experience. He spent more than 15 years at KKR & Co., where he was one of two founding members of KKR Asia in 2005. Under his leadership, the company grew to become one of the leading private equity firms in the Asia-Pacific region, with over $65 billion in assets under management. He played a central role in leading and executing acquisitions totalling over $10 billion, covering a wide range of sectors – from private equity and minority stakes in listed companies to real estate, agriculture, commodities, distressed credit and special cases. Since leaving KKR in 2015, he has focused on managing his family office and philanthropic activities. He currently serves as a senior advisor to Motive Partners and North Wall Capital, and as chairman of Electrify Video Partners.

Thomas Schröter was co-CEO of ImmoScout Germany for around seven years and is currently Chairman of the Board at d&b audiotechnik and Senior Advisor for ImmoScout Switzerland. He began his career at BCG and earned his doctorate at WHU. Thomas co-founded bab.la, which was sold to Oxford University Press before he joined eBay. At eBay, he took on the role of COO for eBay Germany. Thomas supports Arbio in all matters relating to real estate.

Paul Bäumler is co-founder and co-CEO of Arbio. He leads Arbio's strategy and vision. Paul is interested in the latest technologies and enjoys travelling.
Constantin Schröder is co-founder and co-CEO of Arbio. He leads Arbio's product development, technology and M&A. Constantin is a passionate tennis player and sailor.
